LEDUC COUNTY -- Denys Prudius is looking to become Leduc County's next Councillor for Division 3.
Prudius is running for the second time in the past three years after also taking part in Leduc County's by-election back in 2022.
He spoke to 93.1 The One about why he decided to run again in 2025.
"Because I care deeply about all families, all land, and all futures," said Prudius. "As a Councillor, I would be a strong voice for the community."
He adds that his platform focuses on economic growth, safer roads, and stronger maintenance programs. He says that if elected for Division 3, he would act as an open and transparent representative for the public.
"My goal is to be a leader for the people, listen, and do what people want, and help people," said Prudius.
Prudius will be up against Iqwinder Brar and incumbent Dal Virdi in the upcoming election.
